These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to LaneReign’s website, web dashboard, and iOS application (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to drive where you use the Service. You are responsible for compliance with local traffic laws.

Safe use — non-negotiable

• Never interact with LaneReign while operating a moving vehicle except brief, legal glances at permitted HUD-style information.
• Do not use the Service to encourage reckless, illegal, or distracted driving.
• LaneReign is for legal driving on public roads unless a feature explicitly supports another lawful use.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and purchases

LaneReign Plus and LaneReign Business are optional paid offerings billed through Apple’s App Store (or other authorized channels we announce). Prices, renewal, and cancellation follow the platform’s subscription terms. Free and paid tiers may change during beta.

User content and conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Upload false location data, spoof GPS, or cheat leaderboards.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Territory and gameplay

Captures, XP, and rankings are for entertainment. They do not confer legal property rights over roads or real-world locations. We may adjust scoring, reset seasons, or modify gameplay rules.

Intellectual property

LaneReign and its branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate business agreement applies.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURATE MAP DATA, OR SPECIFIC GAME OUTCOMES. DRIVING INVOLVES INHERENT RISK; YOU ASSUME ALL RISK WHILE ON THE ROAD.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANEREIGN AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR DRIVING ACTIVITIES.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
